# Review an AI Upload batch

Check what AI Upload read from a batch of invoices and weighing slips, correct it once as a rule, and approve.

AI Upload reads your invoices and weighing slips and turns them into orders. Every upload, or every set of documents sent to your processing email address, arrives as a batch for you to review. The AI learns from each correction, so there is less to fix every time.

_Animation: From uploaded batch to approved orders._ A weighing slip from Nordmetall GmbH is uploaded to AI Upload. The line table shows it under order NW-1042: steel scrap, AVV code 17 04 05, 2,400 kg weighed. The waste type was read as mixed scrap; it is corrected to steel scrap, and the Train the AI box offers the rule already written out, which is saved. The batch is approved and order NW-1042 is imported with 2,400 kg; later documents from Nordmetall GmbH are read with the rule.

## Check the reading

1. Open **AI Upload** and pick the batch from the import history.

2. Open a document. In the drawer's line table, lines sit under their order and each disposal shows its AVV code under the waste type.

3. Check the weights. Every disposal shows one: **weighed**, **estimated** (hover for the source) or **Weight missing**.

4. Use **Whole file** to switch between the complete upload, the invoice and each weighing slip.

## Correct once, save it as a rule

1. Choose **Edit**. Each change is saved as you make it, and **Done** ends the edit.

2. Change a line's waste type, container or service type, or an order's location. A **Train the AI** box opens under it with the rule already written out.

3. Adjust the sentence if you like, choose where it applies and click **Save as a rule**. The file is read again with it straight away, and so is every later document from that recycler.

4. If the reading itself is off, open **Not right?** and pick what is wrong: lines or pages missing, orders grouped wrong, the wrong recycler or customer, location, waste type or amount. Describe it in the **Note for the AI** and click **Save & Reprocess**. About 20 seconds later the drawer shows each changed field before and after. **Undo** brings back the previous reading.

5. If a fix does not help, choose **Send fix to Resourcify** in the document's ⋮ menu. We get the document, your fix and both readings, with your note on what is still wrong.

> **Note: Your rules stay yours**
>
> A rule applies within your organisation only; other customers do not see it. All rules of a recycler are listed under **Rules**, next to the recycler's badge, and in the recycler's **AI rules** tab in Settings.

## Approve, and let clean recyclers import on their own

Approve the batch when the reading is right. Every recycler in a batch carries a badge, for example **Learning · 2 of 3**, that counts the batches you approved without a fix. After three, auto-approve switches on from the next batch: documents that pass every check import by themselves, and anything doubtful is held back in its own batch, with the reason, for your review. A fix, or a document that could not be read, starts the count again. Click the badge to switch auto-approve on early, or off again.
